About Me
Who is Myriam Keller?
Anyone who assumes that I have always been a naturally active person with a strong sense of body awareness would be mistaken. For many years, I was quite the opposite. It was recurring back pain that eventually led me to look for ways to help myself. In 2015, I discovered barefoot shoes and unexpectedly found the joy of moving.
Over the following years, I embarked on a personal journey through various courses and workshops, exploring a new relationship with my body. This path eventually led me to begin the three-year training program in Structural Integration and qualify as a Complementary Therapist in 2020.
I know the challenges of desk work firsthand through my own part-time office job. Experience has taught me how important it is to listen to the body's needs and create balance—both at work and in everyday life.
Today, I enjoy Feldenkrais, yoga, a variety of movement practices, as well as walking and hiking—most often in barefoot shoes or completely barefoot.
Your Well-Being, My Support: My Approach
Every person brings their own story, experiences, and goals. That is why each session develops through dialogue and is guided by your current experience of your body and your individual needs.
A collaborative relationship is important to me. Together, we explore what is present in your body and what may support you in addressing your concerns. We remain open to the process and to the changes that can unfold step by step.
You are the expert on yourself and your body. I contribute my professional knowledge and experience to support the process. As a companion for a part of your journey, I support you in discovering new possibilities for movement, awareness, and well-being.
