About Me
Who is Myriam Keller?
Anyone who thinks that I have always been a "movement person" with a strong sense of body awareness is mistaken. For many years I was a real couch potato. At some point, back pain made me look for a way to help myself. In 2015, I became a barefoot enthusiast and discovered the joy of movement.
In the years that followed, I embarked on a personal journey of discovery to a new body awareness through various courses and workshops. This journey culminated in my three-year training as a complementary therapist for structural integration in 2020.
I am all too familiar with the demands and challenges of working at a computer from my part-time job in the office. I know from personal experience how important it is to take care of your physical needs and to find a balance - both at work and in your free time.
Today I find a lot of joy and pleasure in movement through Feldenkrais (ATM), various physical exercises, walks and hikes - always with barefoot shoes or completely barefoot.
Your Well-Being, My Guidance: My Approach
I see my role as providing you with the tools you need to take an active role in improving your well-being. In a partnership of equals, we strive to achieve your goals and promote positive change.
Together we will embark on an exciting and personal journey of discovery, open to the process that unfolds before us. The expertise for you and your body remains with you - I see myself more as a temporary companion on a part of your journey.
