Welcome

to Your Journey of Discovery with Structural Integration

Find Lightness in Gravity

Feel upright again — feel "ufgrichtet". Gravity doesn't have to work against you — it can support you.

When your body is better organized in relation to gravity, movement can become more effortless, tension may begin to ease, and you can feel more at home in your body.

Through Structural Integration, a method of Complementary Therapy, I support you in developing a more balanced relationship with gravity and a greater sense of ease, support, and lightness.

Through targeted hands-on fascia work as well as awareness and movement exploration, patterns of tension can begin to shift, movement may become freer, and pain or discomfort can change.

You are my compass: Every session is shaped through dialogue, guided by your needs, your goals, and your experience of your body.

Structural Integration may support you if you would like to...

  • move with greater freedom and ease
  • develop a deeper awareness of your body
  • reduce or change patterns of tension, pain, or discomfort
  • experience greater lightness and a stronger sense of support

I look forward to supporting you on your path toward greater lightness, body awareness, and effortless movement.
